A: OBS Ltd employ skilled tradesmen such as Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Bricklayers, Decorators, Gas Fitters. All our skilled tradesmen are time served and fully qualified tradesmen. The market does however require the use of multi-trade employees and we do employ a number of multi-trade employees who carry out more minor works. Q: Is the work you carry out done in house or subbed out? A: 98% of all works carried out by OBS Ltd is carried out in house. There are some special occasions when we will have to employ a specialist service outside of our normal remit. Q: In the event of an accident, are OBS Ltd insured? A: We have public Liability insurance up to the sum of £2 million and will treat the accident as top priority, keeping you informed at every stage. Q: What type of works do OBS Ltd carry out? A: We carry out general and specialist building works including, Loft Conversions, Property Renovations, Decent Homes improvements, Decorating, Plumbing, Electrical, Gas, Brickwork, Roofing and General building works. Q: Do you do checks on your employees? A: Because of the variety of works and age groups we work with, All of our employees are CRB checked.
