Ongar Building Services Ltd have worked closely with Wallace Jones for 3 years now. We carry out Void works and Decent homes improvements to properties in and around London. We have just finished a decent homes project in a block of flats in Thornton Heath. This Block of flats brought its own set of challenges as all the tenants were elderly, meaning that we couldnt leave floor protection down overnight,had to work in an almost dust free environment and had to keep noise and storing of materials down to the bare minimum.
